- Thinly chop the chives. Incorporate it to the mayonnaise and the chili paste. Set aside.
- Grate the carrots, peel and slice the avocado and the red onion.
- Cut the AOP Fourme d’AMBERT into sticks.
- Spread some sauce on a wheat pancake, garnish with carrots, roquette, some avocados and red onions and some AOP Fourme d’AMBERT sticks.
- Roll the wrap in a very tight way, hold it in place with a pick or a cooking string.
- Repeat the operation.
- Set aside in a cool place.
