Clafoutis à La Fourme d’Ambert
Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 200 g sugar,
- 130 g flour,
- 40 cm milk,
- 80 g butter,
- 240 g cherry compote,
- 40 g Fourme d’Ambert
- 80 g vanilla ice cream
- Icing sugar.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Sift 100 g of flour.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the sugar, salt and flour. Gradually add the melted butter and the milk.
- Grease and flour a round stainless steel dish. Pour in the mixture then add the Fourme d’Ambert. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with icing sugar. Spoon the cherry compote and vanilla ice cream over clafoutis.
